How to submit a request

Email easyfixhouston@gmail.com with the subject line “Data Request — Easy Fix Solution.” Tell us the type of request and the email address or business relationship connected with the information.

Requests we can help with

• Know whether we process personal information about you.
• Request access to or a copy of eligible information.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of eligible information.
• Ask a question about how information is used or shared.

Verification

To protect information from unauthorized disclosure or deletion, we may ask for details reasonably necessary to verify your identity and locate the relevant records. If a business customer controls the information, we may direct the request to that customer or coordinate with them as their service provider.

What happens next

We will acknowledge the request, verify it as needed, and respond within the time required by applicable law. Some information may be retained when required for security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or another lawful exception. We will explain any applicable limitation in our response.
